Izakaya Toyo

This was a local street good vendor my wife and I heard about while watching a show on Netflix conveniently called "Street Food". It was ran by a Japanese man who was famous for cooking tuna over of an open fire and using a blowtorch. He would dip his hand in ice water anf then grab the fish to turn it since it saved time and he could serve more customers. We definitely wanted to check this place out but in the end were just too tired at the end of our trip to make it over here.
