Han No Doidokoro

Got some Wagyu beef and some Japanese wine here for a little dinner in Shibuya. The Wagyu was delicious but the wine was not at all comparable to what we could get in California, which didn't surprise us. We ordered a couple samplers of Wagyu to try the different cuts and we loved them all.

We cooked them over a little open flame grill in front of us for about a few seconds on each side, so they got a nice medium-rare / rare taste to them. I need to try to find a Wagyu burder joint if that even exists in Japan.
